A New Web site for Weedon Photo
Many years ago I met Matt Weedon aboard the
Palau Sun Dancer II and built a small web site for his underwater photography.
Today Matt and his wife Angie have launched a brand new web site for
Weedon Photo. They now live in Dallas and together shoot some of the
most beautiful black & white child portrait photography I have

Back on the Solmar V
In early March we had the best trip
ever on the Solmar V going to San Benedicto, Socorro Island
and Roca Partida. Not only was the boat filled with some
of the best people I've ever had the chance to dive with,
but we all helped in getting an illegal fishing boat arrested
by the Mexican Navy. Photos will be online soon!
FEBRUARY 2006
Virtual Tour of the Kararu Voyager
is now online
During the month of February
Under Watercolours visited Indonesia once again to shoot a virtual
tour of Kararu's new vessel "The Voyager". The
VR tour is now live and can also be found on Kararu's web site.
This trip took us through the Banda Sea from Maurmere, Flores
to Sorong, Irian Jaya stopping at Gunung Api (Snake Island),
Ambon, Bandaniera and Raja Ampat along the way. Check

Scuba Club Cozumel Digital Workshop
In February we offered the first digital underwater
photography workshop conducted by Bonnie Pelnar, author of "The Digital
Workflow for Underwater Photographers", part of a series of courses
available at TheUnderwaterPhotographer.com and Armando Alendado of Island
Photo and Video in Cozumel. As many as 30 budding shooters joined in the
diving and daily events. Check out the Scuba Club photo scrapbook for snapshots
of the activities. If your would like to organize a digital photo workshop
for your dive club or group, please contact us.
